These terms apply when you visit kedar.finance or join the early access waitlist. The Kedar protocol and app will have their own terms, which you'll need to accept before using them.
About these terms
Kedar is developed by KR Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
The waitlist
- Joining is free. You must be 18 or older and use an email address you own.
- Your number shows your place in line. We plan to invite people in that order, but we may invite some groups earlier, such as curators, institutions or builders.
- One place per person. Signing up again with the same email gives you the same place.
- Each person who joins with your invite link moves you up 10 places. Because others can move up too, your place can also move down.
- Referrals only count for real people joining for themselves. We may remove signups that are fake, duplicated or automated, and reset the place of anyone gaming the list.
- Your place and invite code have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We don't pay for referrals.
- A place on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, or that Kedar will be available where you live.
Kedar isn't live yet
Kedar is in development. Everything this website says about the protocol, including markets, assets, risk settings, vaults, privacy features and security measures, describes what we're building and may change before launch. The markets and vaults shown on this site are proposed designs, not live products.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or buy any asset or security, a solicitation, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. When Kedar launches, access may depend on where you live, and some features may not be available to people in certain countries or to US persons. Read the risk disclosure.
Using the website
You agree not to sign up using bots or other people's email addresses, manipulate the waitlist, scrape or interfere with the website, or use it for anything unlawful. You may not use the website if you're on a US or international sanctions list, or located in a country subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
Our content and trademarks
The Kedar name, logo, design and content belong to KR Technologies LLC. You may link to the website, but not copy or reuse our content or brand without written permission. Canton, Canton Coin, CBTC, USDCx and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe compatibility; this doesn't imply partnership or endorsement.
Disclaimers
We provide the website "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the waitlist, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to USD 100.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. We may close the waitlist or suspend the website at any time. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing aston@kedar.finance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections that the laws of your home country give you.
